...ive and the employees have the complete ownership and freedom of what they do. Salary and Incentives on-time as agreed. Job security. Friendly culture. Every year the management will arrange a all-hands meeting where you will get a good time with entire team.

You will get a fixed salary hike every year but there is NO promotion or new challenge. No training. You can learn in and out of the company within 4-5 months and after that it is hard-stop. There is no adoption of new technologies, the main business is DAS and it is the bread and butter of the company. No much competitor which is positive while you are in the company especially sales and negetive if you are looking for a new company. As a telecom company the overall business in going down with merger of Vodafone-Idea and because of Rjio monopoly.

Culture: ibus networks has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees.
