Freshers with lots of positive energy.

Dislikes

1. Salary cut even if your punching time is few minutes less 2. Harassment from senior director level, if a bug comes in your code 3. Filthy HR people who won't respond to your queries. 4. Dress code and stinking policies 5. If you dont serve notice period they ll ask you to pay 5 months salary back to them. 6. Once the drinking water they provided had coliform bacteria and people in whole module fell sick. Still they did not order packaged water. Employees ran out of sick leave and HR did nothing. 7. Finance people make a lot of mistakes in your form 16 and would make you pay more income tax than you should. 8. People with 10+ years of experience in IBS itself is sucking on the company and do nothing. They survive on grabbing credit of new joiner's work and tackle their promotions. 9. Managers literally does nothing other than being a parasite to the people under them. 10. Proper hierarchical structure where you would need to play politics to achieve something. 11. You would be considered only as a payed slave with no dignity. Expect not respect from them. 12. You ll be forced to overtime and weekends without any extra pay. All of these are from my own experience while working for a Japan client. Client was good but people in Trivandrum office were nasty.

...ou would feel like you are the only one who can handle what you have did before. But don't expect the salary hike. You would get team champ, excellence awards but these won't get reflects in your salary.

CTC is not inflated with frivolous components. They tell and write what they pay, which felt very transparent, rare to see nowadays. That was a huge win, atleast for me. Job security is there, learning takes place almost daily and they encourage to learn more. I have also heard about good insurance policy, but have never utilised on this, so no idea. Good place to grow. They give real WFH and not a fake one like 3 day office and 2 day WFH etc - so freedom of work location is definitely there. Also, Hiring HRs were definitely among the best ones I had encountered among the other offers I had received. I can stay a long time here if they give full WFH, try to maintain a better work life balance and give better hikes.

Work life balance is bad, no doubts about it. Sometimes one might have to work on weekends too, for some teams. Hikes are not the best either.
