CTC is not inflated with frivolous components. They tell and write what they pay, which felt very transparent, rare to see nowadays. That was a huge win, atleast for me. Job security is there, learning takes place almost daily and they encourage to learn more. I have also heard about good insurance policy, but have never utilised on this, so no idea. Good place to grow. They give real WFH and not a fake one like 3 day office and 2 day WFH etc - so freedom of work location is definitely there. Also, Hiring HRs were definitely among the best ones I had encountered among the other offers I had received. I can stay a long time here if they give full WFH, try to maintain a better work life balance and give better hikes.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad, no doubts about it. Sometimes one might have to work on weekends too, for some teams. Hikes are not the best either.

Likes

It has excellent job security. We have noticed this many times and even recently due to COVID 19 situation, our industry was the one which is much affected due to this pandemic. Even in this situation, they have not done any lay off and instead they managed the situation internally well and kept their employees safe.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are the area which is lacking in IBS. They have changed salary revision cycle period couple of times as per their management decision and also introduced variable pay suddenly for the salary which was been paid out. Work satisfaction, work life balance and career growth & opportunities are the other weaker things in IBS. This needs improvement as well.

Very good product company with full suite of solutions for Airline industry. Worked on iFlight Mro team, over the year's team had done various activities and adopted innovative technologies and migrated the product to latest technology. Still some portion of the product is in old technology and it is being migrated. Team members are getting opportunity to learn new technology and management is ready to utilize in the product. All these efforts made the product to move longway from its original functionality, usability and look & feel. Management ensures that team members are getting equal opportunity to work in development, support and onsite. Eventhough duration of onsite assignments are short, team members are rotated to opportunity to work with actual environment. Team outings are conducted with maximum resource participation and families are also welcome. Venues are selected to to provide llatform for interaction with the team outside work instead of just eating out. Had to work extra hours occasionally to meet customer priority.

Very good opportunities to work at different domains. Lots of pressure from the seniors even though the client didn't demand.

Salary hike can be much better. Lots of pressure from seniors even though the client don't demand. Unprofessional and technically lagging seniors often put burden on juniors.
