Likes

Great company to start with. You will get a chance to work with some of the best products in the travel and transport industry. The senior technical team is helpful and guides juniors to be more professional and knowledgeable. They have one of the best medical benefits for the employees. Outpatient is covered by the company, however, for IP, you need to pay some premium for higher insured value.

Poor salary (below industrial standards). Less hike. No much opportunity in services projects.

Opportunity to learn as there is plenty of work to do.

Salary hike very poor, but will be overloaded with work and no appreciation or acknowledgment from management side Work culture is also terrible, you may have to burn the midnight oil and then even work over the weekends without any extra payment. No respect for the PTO, they will ping/call you without any shame sometimes long PTO is not allowed hence no freedom of that.
