Flexibility to work from anywhere and in some teams, people are very approachable and friendly.

Dislikes

... and professionally. Its very toxic environment in Finance department. beware. There senior leadership is least bothered about employees career and progress as long as they get salary hikes and ESOPs. many of the people in the senior leadership position lack the leadership skill (are there because they are loyal to founder and continue to be there because they have huge ESOP waiting for encashment) There is no career growth here. Its place for one role only. if you want to retire , you can join here and continue to work without much expectation of career growth/salary hikes. HR policies are stone age and there is no transparency in performance review and promotion. due to all these reasons, attrition in the last 12 months has skyrocketed and company is unable to refill position and getting into some kind of trap. Every policy/process is designed to the disadvantage of employees.

It has excellent job security. We have noticed this many times and even recently due to COVID 19 situation, our industry was the one which is much affected due to this pandemic. Even in this situation, they have not done any lay off and instead they managed the situation internally well and kept their employees safe.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are the area which is lacking in IBS. They have changed salary revision cycle period couple of times as per their management decision and also introduced variable pay suddenly for the salary which was been paid out. Work satisfaction, work life balance and career growth & opportunities are the other weaker things in IBS. This needs improvement as well.

Very employee-friendly when it comes to benefits and salary.

Dislikes

A few projects have toxic managers with high seniority that destroy the morale of the whole team. But almost all projects are functioning well with decent work-life balance.

Opportunity to learn as there is plenty of work to do.

Dislikes

Salary hike very poor, but will be overloaded with work and no appreciation or acknowledgment from management side Work culture is also terrible, you may have to burn the midnight oil and then even work over the weekends without any extra payment. No respect for the PTO, they will ping/call you without any shame sometimes long PTO is not allowed hence no freedom of that.

...stency in decision-making can lead to frustration among employees and customers. Issues such as lack of recognition, inadequate compensation, or poor work-life balance can contribute to low morale.
