Salary hike very poor, but will be overloaded with work and no appreciation or acknowledgment from management side Work culture is also terrible, you may have to burn the midnight oil and then even work over the weekends without any extra payment. No respect for the PTO, they will ping/call you without any shame sometimes long PTO is not allowed hence no freedom of that.

1. Better exposure 2. Even freshers being given opportunities to directly interact with global customers

1. Poor work life balance 2. Poor compensation 3. Poor leave policies 4. Management even expect their employees to work for more than 12 + hours

The idea behind their products are really good.

Dislikes

..., you can survive.If you are from other state, they will not properly cooperate. Work-culture and pay is too bad. By giving the small pay, they will expect you to work whole day.

Likes

Medical reference. 80% of medical (op) will pay by the company(not all hospital). Working hours are flexible. Only work to complete matters.

Dislikes

Responsibility and work not related to the role. Not systematic rules following. Dicision are not even discussed within the team.
