The senior technical team is helpful and guides juniors to be more professional and knowledgeable. They have one of the best medical benefits for the employees. Outpatient is covered by the company, however, for IP, you need to pay some premium for higher insured value.

Poor salary (below industrial standards). Less hike. No much opportunity in services projects.

Medical reference. 80% of medical (op) will pay by the company(not all hospital). Working hours are flexible. Only work to complete matters.

Responsibility and work not related to the role. Not systematic rules following. Dicision are not even discussed within the team.
