Good work environment and having Job security. No salary deduction, No Lay offs during COVID Pandemic.

Management is not good. Need to improve. Leave policies need to change. Need to improve work culture and give more facilities like other MNC. No mediclaim or insurance facilities

Best part is they are approving leave if necessary and salary on time monthly basis. Direct interaction with client.

Job security is totally based on the work environment in any organisation. After being part of IBN family i faced lot of challenges like partiality done by the management like they favoured more to their favourite colleagues. HR has unperformed their duties and responsibilities as they handled by other department. No Team work, no training provided to build anyone's skills and knowledge like other organisations during joining to till service rendered. No fun activities only work and work. Overall worst it was worst experience and regret to join this organization.

You can learn and gain to much knowledge as compare to other MNC as a freshers.

Dislikes

Salary offer is very less as per your work experience and hard work. Don't expect any extra facilities, other compensation and Diwali bonus. Don't except any benefits even in Pandemic situation.

...rs were unable to manage there work properly. Zero Appreciation of your Work. Salary is not fair according to a work load. There are no such things like bonuses and Incentives. You have do an overtime without any OT allowances.

Life is hell at IBN technologies. I could see humans there but couldn't see humanity. IBN is all about wastage of time & career as well.

Life is hell at IBN. HR policy is change everyday. False commitment from organization. Worst working environment.
