Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dear sir/ Madam , I do work in I B N OMERAH COMPANY This company is average company Not the vary good company because this company management egeption management and to much law for this company Egypt people are not law only for Indian Pakistani Bangladesh nepali people are management and law before this company do work only for cable jointed jobs but now do work making sub station jobs and 132kv cable jointed jobs thats all
