I love working at IBM because of its Timings , Working from Home options.The onsite opportunities are good but it depends on project.In my project few seniors got Visa and they went to US.IBM encourages Innovative ideas and appreciate people who come up with new ideas.

The salary hikes are low sometimes.It is bit difficult for technology change in the company itself where RCM will ask 100 questions regarding why do we need to change and all.

...t ok, honestly I never face any situation where I felt job security is not good. IBM can offer you good salary other companies.

Hectic work environment. (It's dependent upon your project and project management), Zero work life balance and here manager can ask you to work on weekends as well. Managers behavior is not good, they don't know how to speak with their team members, they shouts on you and you will the a lots of internal politics.

- Too many processes like having to apply for corporate credit cards, lots of procedure for getting claims. I spend a lot of time doing such things. These things need to be fixed. - Somehow feel like IBM is moving in pace with the current trends and being a big company seems to be a burden on IBM than an asset.
