No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

No appraisal no salary hike no band promotion, new joini will get salary more than you. No manager support, internal politics is also.

...what is the work of HR if employee always need to connect with people manager. . there is no policy of giving appraisal as I worked for almost 6 year in IBM and got no hike and promotion. To get the promotion employee should do personal work of manager like get coffee, get the laptop bag, book cabs etc.. Very disappointed with IBM policy.

Good flexibility and good people to build up networking. Networking can help you in good roles internally. Mutual respect among all higher roles.

Bad pay and benefits, below market average. No growth in teams. You will end up working as a slave to the same role. HR openly suggests employees who are not satisfied, can leave. No certifications offered. People always look to get work done on immediate basis and no room to breathe.

Working with IBM is not just dealing with client it's about dealing with perfection. There is no place for sluggish work or work culture. If you work hard here you surely will get a hike but on conditions apply term, like having ur managers back. Growth here is slow. If you are a fast forward employee then you might get bored here coz IBM is a long term company. If you are looking for long term investment go for IBM.

...king with, generally a nice company with very convenient workspace and culture . No strict timings ,Salary is Good 👍🏻

Medical insurance and other benefits are average. No cab facility for us . Most of team members reporting that they have less work life balance and additional working hours.
