1.there are very few new project , with most work focusing on support project. this result in a lack of opportunities for new skill growth, makes it less ideal for new learner or those looking for advance their skills it might better suited for individual closer to retirement who prioritize stability over skill development. 2. the project manager hold too much authority , including control over leaves and internal team conflicts, and which are often not handled effectively by even senior management as all inputs received from project manager. additionally lack of HR personal support for employee hinders well deserving individuals from receiving the necessary backing for role progression as every decision in project manager hands(specifically for Indian client projects). 3. cost cutting on laptop bags, no welcome kit, second hand or used laptops, not reimbursement for same city travel to client site project, almost no or very little peridium as due to low budget clients.

Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

No job security when u have done with project. When organisation no needs the employee, will be moving an employee with no compensation where company policy no matters. Company earns on person when he is project, no matters with the tenure he/she worked in the organisation & provided billing and ask to move out without any compensation.

A very large company, Good work-life balance, and better salary compared to others in the market.If working without any expectation then it's ideal.

Dislikes

As a graduate hire, no exposure received, less chance to change the domain, no HR manager driven company . Won't consider employees requirement on project.

Work Culture. Environment. Opportunities to learn new technologies. Supportive Leadership. If you are a great performer, you will not be let down with double digit increments. Ease of Doing Work. Great Team Environment.

Dislikes

Minimum to Negligible variable Pay. Growth driven profit sharing is also at minimum. Promotion is relatively slower as change in band happens only after 3-4 Years once you are 7A or B bands. Chances of onsite in current scenarios are extremely negligible and are only possible if you have stayed with the company for more than 5-7 years. Although it's still Opportunity based. You need to be at the right place, at the right time under the right Manager. Everything happens via your PeM or People Manager with regards to your career. So be good to your PeM and your PM. It will be great if you can have PeM and PM same, but it can backfire if you dont gel with him/her and then your performance appraisal can go for a toss.

Very good scope for learning and getting into corporate culture for beginners. Healthy team culture.

Dislikes

Terrible Salary Hikes. Market corrections rarely happen. Salary not justified with current economy inflation. New joinees do start with good starting salary, but the experienced are not valued when it comes to Hikes and progressions
