Dislikes

Bad Culture,Hired contractors treated like labors with no shift allowance. salary below than you can ever expect. A non-technical job would earn you two times more. People here would always look at you as you are an abomination. I wish they'd at least pay satisfactory amount of money for the efforts we put in work with being available 24x7 and show up in any shift.

Great work life balance No micro management No need to maintain hours in office ( no swipe out time) Cab facilities for women employees after 7 pm Commute expenses reimbursement. Culture is very good Lot of learning and certification opportunities
