Good for women as its an equal opportunity employer. Also it gives weightage to woman employees when it comes to promotions. Lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Politics is similar to any Indian companies. Salary is pathetic. So don't plan to serve long term in this company if you need money. One cant survive in metros with what this company pays for old timers. There is not much of fund allocated for team building.

There are no such policies available in IBM to like anything.

They don't paid salary as per the work. Less job security with zero skills development. no work culture even they force employees to come on Saturday and Sunday when there is no such a requirement in project. employees when there is no requirement in project. work culture is very poor and they don't allow their employees to educate on various skills development programmes.

... pressure or even make you struggle. Any time work from home., unlimited leaves., good compensation and perfect work life balance

Being in such a big org., you don't get to learn much or develop much unless your manager hand holds you at each step

Good learning and skills development opportunities. Attractive compensation for lateral entries. But compensation growth could become stagnant after that.

No shift timings for my project. Work Life Balance could go for a toss in few projects.

Great learning opportunities, lots of projects. Unlimited sick leave. Fair compensation. Good work from home.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic structure. No clear HR policy. Poor career growth opportunities. Poor mid level management.
