...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

IBM is amazing company to work with. There is job security, specially when most of the companies are releasing, terminating employees. Most of the people have made this place great to work. Company policies are very employees friendly and is very helpful. One of the very unique policy is that they provide loan as well in case of medical emergencies.

Dislikes

Growth, hike, salary depends on manager, I think atleast salary should have a structure in place as per market and it should not have any control by managers.

IBM provides a very good job security for its employees and maintains a healthy work environment. It does not tolerate any kind of work place harassment. It is a great place to work in.

There were certain competencies which paid very well while other competencies pay so much less.

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5

Nothing as such, it was good company earlier but now.

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.
