no job security and they pressurise you to work on saturday sunday as well there is no promotion people manager have so much power he always keep you in cage of fears if your people manager is “shweta agarwal” then change the manager or resing from IBM

Mark by good culture and competitive pay scale

Dislikes

1.there are very few new project , with most work focusing on support project. this result in a lack of opportunities for new skill growth, makes it less ideal for new learner or those looking for advance their skills it might better suited for individual closer to retirement who prioritize stability over skill development. 2. the project manager hold too much authority , including control over leaves and internal team conflicts, and which are often not handled effectively by even senior management as all inputs received from project manager. additionally lack of HR personal support for employee hinders well deserving individuals from receiving the necessary backing for role progression as every decision in project manager hands(specifically for Indian client projects). 3. cost cutting on laptop bags, no welcome kit, second hand or used laptops, not reimbursement for same city travel to client site project, almost no or very little peridium as due to low budget clients.

...y poor it will be only 2-5% in most cases. other than work culture is very good. If we have very good or satisfied salary and project, then it's very good company to work longer.

Benefits provided by IBM are good.

Dislikes

Before joining, ask the department, if it is TSS, do not join. It is worst department to join, no hike,not much benefits, upper level management is worst. They dont care about employee they only care about customer.

Work Life Balance for sure. There no-one would force you to come to office, even before COVID-19 this was the culture there.

Dislikes

Not much clarity about the growth path & the band promotions, salary was of course one of the major items to be disliked.
