In this is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but Carter growth is slow .there is a bond of 2years before in them.in this job training is not given to new joinees.

HR department is very dummy and a manager can do anything even it is spoiling employee carear and also Manager directly says in front of employee, when there is no one listening. Manager directly blackmails employee with help of this culture

No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

No appraisal no salary hike no band promotion, new joini will get salary more than you. No manager support, internal politics is also.

The hikes and pay are very low compared to the market standard They focus on work force enhancement rather than quality enhancement

you will get stucked in leaning loop to learn their own tech stech which are not that famous in market, stop thinking about leaning new skillset while working you will drop the knowledge of your existing skillset you carry,
