No salary hike, promotion give to select people, no night shift allowance, no medical insurance policy given, no employee benefit apart from salary, no 2 way cab facilities.

...e own egos. This is the reason for large number resignations in samuel process. You will be made to work for 12-15hr without extra pay and no holidays. They make you do the work of other people who are there favorites and still Criticize you for not doing work. Just because of the incapable management, the process is suffering and might go back soon. They forcing employees to come to office and do 13hrs shift without extra pay by giving silly security excuses. They have a call centre like environment and favourism and criticisim is very very high due to egoistic management.

Just DONT join. No work life balance,, No bonus, No growth, very high Criticizm and incapable management in PTP gurgaon branch.

Friendly environment, got to learn new things by regular training sessions. Good salary. You’ll get a chance to innovate your ideas. Management will be always available for help and guidance.

You’ll have all type of people every where, cant blame IBM for that. But IBM do try to eliminate those people by effective measures.

Fantastic culture, work ethics and great place to work. Lot growth and learning opportunities in diversified fields.

Compensation policy is sad. I got an application letter which said, I hereby get a hike of 0 percent. The band cascade policy in the GTS part which is now kyndrl is based on Managers mercy and budget allocation, you could be working on a higher role but not get a band cascade for years.
