IBM is going through phase where if you ask you manager for growth in terms of salary, better job prospect's or growth, they look clueless and helpless in most of cases. so due to no growth path defined for employees, they leave IBM.

It was a very nice experience working there because of the opportunities we get to achieve our targets and then getting rewards for it.....also it was having a very comfortable environment to work.

Dislikes

What I don't like about there is that they do deduction from salary if somebody not achieve their goals given by the company

Work life balance is superb. Also you apprised what you did all the time.

Dislikes

Promotion process is not good. If you are on higher package in your band limit then don't think about the promotion for 3-4 years.

It a very good experience working for IBM We learn many things work life balance is very good

Coming to promotion and salary very very bad when we question they will treat like a Slavers and need to wait for longer time

Lot of projects available to engage people. More Onsite opportunity .

Dislikes

Skills are under utilized due to project pressure. Salary is low compared to market standard and appraisal takes lot of time. Insurance policy is poor.
