No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

...what is the work of HR if employee always need to connect with people manager. . there is no policy of giving appraisal as I worked for almost 6 year in IBM and got no hike and promotion. To get the promotion employee should do personal work of manager like get coffee, get the laptop bag, book cabs etc.. Very disappointed with IBM policy.

How much can IBM offer for 5.5 yoe. Senior Data Engineer - 7A band. They have offered me 20 Ipa as my first offer with doj as 7th March. But I am getting early release from current company on 10th February 2025. Also I have offer of 24 fixed from another organisation.
