...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Flexible work timing, good culture and working environment is good. Good salary structure results max in-hand salary to employees.

Work life balance, salary and benefits, no pressure. My sincere advise, don’t leave IBM until it is so much necessary you to move out. IBM is far better than any company outside.
