No HR aligned to project so for some employees it’s disadvantage as you have to sort all your problem with people manager. But for me things are perfectly fine ..

Good learning and skills development opportunities. Attractive compensation for lateral entries. But compensation growth could become stagnant after that.

...ibilities. Tools they use are pathetic and no connection between internal tools. Bonus and hikes are once in a blue moon and they have very good reasons not to pay people. They wastes money for un necessary things and they do not invest in people. Its a Garbage and no benefits are provided to employee. One of the worst company, please do not join

IBM PROVIDES world class platform to their employee to serve the IBM clients efficiently and effectively. All things are process oriented and goes in proper way

There are nothing as negative only the average salary would not satisfy you financially. But work wise you will get great satisfaction.
