Not a good place to work or start career, Very slow or not career growth, worst is salary growth.

Salary growth career growth every important thing is worst.. specifically policies every policy based upon manager approval even leaves.. haha

Knowledge seekers have plenty of options to learn new technologies. Friendly co workers. Very open work culture. Procurement teams are very well organised and you would have lot of new opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

Perks not that satisfactory. Package is never industry standards, hike percentage very low.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that is reliable, co-operative and push to explore. As a result I get to learn more things.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-15 hours straight in a day.

The shift timing was a huge plus. Once you master a process, our leads will ask us to learn a new process.

Dislikes

Salary was to low. Even after putting so much hard work wont get good salary. There was no Work life balance. I will be going home and resuming my work. No equal distribution of work.

The hire at a high salary thenk keep you on bench. Then they ask you to resign as you are on bench. Don't resign.

Dislikes

They don't have any project or requirement. They just hire you to fill their bench. You will get project interviews but none of them will hire you even if your interview was good. And if the interview was bad they will send that review to your WFM which they can later use to justify ending your employment.
