... in any Large Conglomerate / MNC Complex Structure creates delay in Progression. Salary- Decent .However needs to be Negotiated well during Hiring. Work Life Balance - Offlate that is changing due to mandatory presence enforced Org wide.

It was a very nice experience working there because of the opportunities we get to achieve our targets and then getting rewards for it.....also it was having a very comfortable environment to work.

What I don't like about there is that they do deduction from salary if somebody not achieve their goals given by the company

If u are having higher band it will be difficult to get projects. If u are not in project no job security.

Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5

Nothing as such, it was good company earlier but now.

...fficult to get project. For everything management will threat to put you in PIP. No salary hike.
