Work environment of the company is very good. People feel proud to work in this company since it provides full support to it employees in there professional front back. I love working in such company. I feel proud to be in IBM.

Growth is less , salary is not satisfactory, politics happen , sometimes pressure is high depends on services.

No hike no appraisal only work pressure. Avg 2% hike u will get if you don't want to ruin your career join some other company or if joining ibm leave this just after 1 yr if you want your financial growth.

No appraisal no salary hike no band promotion, new joini will get salary more than you. No manager support, internal politics is also.

Pretty good work-life balance They do provide necessary resources and periodic skill growth targets

The hikes and pay are very low compared to the market standard They focus on work force enhancement rather than quality enhancement

Salary hikes and promotions are big component of job and here it is really slow process. you rarely get a hike and promotion but you will get other benefits.

...what is the work of HR if employee always need to connect with people manager. . there is no policy of giving appraisal as I worked for almost 6 year in IBM and got no hike and promotion. To get the promotion employee should do personal work of manager like get coffee, get the laptop bag, book cabs etc.. Very disappointed with IBM policy.
