Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ? Office infrastructure is good No variable component in salary structure except PF and tax deduction Unlimited sick leave even though you cannot take it as ur manager questions about it Good number of paid leaves other than sick leave( again only allowed to take 2 in a row with manager permission) Few projects has good onsite opportunity Online coupons like myntra, flipkart amazon upto 6k depends on ur designation

No market standard followed for salary both for freshes and laterals Zero hike (maximum you can get 1.5-3%) No growth and learning Managers does not care about team For everything you do, u need manager's approval Work life balance is not great No benefits at all No medical insurance coverage for family members
