...ibilities. Tools they use are pathetic and no connection between internal tools. Bonus and hikes are once in a blue moon and they have very good reasons not to pay people. They wastes money for un necessary things and they do not invest in people. Its a Garbage and no benefits are provided to employee. One of the worst company, please do not join

IBM is great place to grab the knowledge as much as you can .You find lots of different types of teams beside you.You will find a flexible environment and good feel to work on with IBM

Expect Salary on time and work , you will not find any extra benefits and moreover , You will recognized only at Team levels and they cannot project it at Industry level that easily

Discrimination against Contract Employees, No Salary & No Benefits for Contract Employees, No Promotions and No Appraisals for Contract Employees, No Job Security for Contract Employees, No Work Satisfaction for Contract Employees, Here Regular Employees do not work all there work has to be done by Contract Employees along with their original Job else fired. Discrimination at its high peak and everyone know what is happening in India, the same is happening in a Organized way and especially minorities are targeted. I was also target of this discrimination
