Overall work culture is good. But again it depends mainly on the projects.

...out to an HR is quite a hassle. Few of the processes are not that user friendly. Internal salary hikes are average and not competitive enough.

Absolute gem in terms of work culture and work life balance, it is like working with a big grand IBM family, the team understands you and the policies support you.

Compensation part is slow moving however the other benefits you get in your personal life balance and satisfaction,

There is a huge challenge when you moved jobs within ibm , either from your own management or from IBM HR policies , it's very difficult to move within different business units within ibm.not happy ..

Growth and salary , both are difficult to grow..

... what we want.We can work from home , in case we can't get leave or we are sick.Salary alway comes on time.The salary hike was very low but I know that was because of project.So overall it was good experience .If I will be given a chance to work there,I will surely join IBM.

Dislikes

The only thing that I don't like is that any current project in which we are working , doesn't give release easily.I know there is a reason behind it.But sticking in same project may hide you from new or other technical exposures.

Diversity and the work culture. the learning experience

Salary and benefits are not as high as expected but not poor also. one benefit is that you get what your CTC is, there is no promised perks which companies don't fulfill usually.
