While a standard CTC for freshers should be around 6-7 LPA in an expensive city like Gurgaon/ Bangalore/ Mumbai, IBI offers a meagre CTC of 3 LPA, which leaves no savings for the freshers after cutting out the expenses. 5. There is no exposure for new resources in the company to learn new things, and all they are made to do is clerical work such as making PPTs, writing reports. And the worst part is that they are not even given credit for that. They are also not sent to on site location to learn, which is reserved for experienced resources only (7+ Yrs.)

Likes

You are given to work on big scale projects and take major design decisions. The design team is very small and hence your contribution is valued. You will be a part of more than one design project and hence it will help keep your creativity alive. There are many other companies in the campus. You get a chance to communicate with people from other companies generally in break time.

Dislikes

Sometimes we also have to work on the weekends. The compensation is less and the work pressure is high. As junior designers, we may never interact with clients. There is a collaborative model of working where we have to collaborate with international design teams as well. For that reason, we may have to work more than the general working hours.

Everyone is very friendly.

Dislikes

They treat interns as a labor and after that when their work is done, they don’t even give a chance to be permanent. And some interns get permanent within a month as it’s all politics.

Likes

I like the most prominent feature and that is family. Everyone tends to help you anytime, even during the pandemic when the world was haywire the family took care exactly they envision. We are provided best care and the work culture went great from managing people to administration.

Dislikes

There is hardly any issue someone may find in the work, environment at office is exquisite.
