For giving u the knowledge they cost you your certificates or you have to pay them for a smooth exit as they call it. They'll change the plans and policies for working everyday which they call it as a pilot run to experiment what works out n generate money. You're insulted everyday by saying what you're doing everybody can do it. So you are not using your skills and performing well so they'll pay you late regularly and hold your salary till after the completion of the next month also.

... AND KEEP IT WITH THEM . ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENT YOU ARE FINISHED. THEY DONT PAY YOU SALARY AND WILL BLACKMAIL YOU THAT IF YOU LEAVE WE WILL NOT GIVE YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENT AND DO POLICE COMPLAINT. NOW THIS COMPANY IS NAME IS "MUNIM PRO" DONT JOIN THIS COMPANY GUYS. THE DIRECTOR MR VIKRAMRAJ HIMSELF IS A FRAUD AND IS A PART OF THIS SCAM. YOU WILL SPOIL YOUR CAREER. POLICE NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION.

... very conservative in terms of discipline and process which is also very good. I joined this company just 2 years back and I am very happy with my salary also which is almost 2 times what is was getting when I joined.

Dislikes

Some employees could not be able to understand the company's cultures, product and not able to perform as per company standard. They left the company because of their non performance, their own mismanagement, even some has committed financial fraud and due to this company has taken strict legal action against them. Because of legal action they try to disrepute the company. If some tries to defame the company, company has capacity to take strict legal action against them but company thinks about them and their future, which they don't understand, they feel company will not do anything.

Tymings is good im working 8 hours, once a week off. So many regular customer from other country, when se have qouta we reach the target and we gave commision. Its a very big help for us.

There is no pay for over time no bennifits for ticket
