Everything, the management’s arrogance towards skilled employees and being very inconsiderate about the learning and growth curve of the employees. I did find a cool team to work with who is equally frustrated about this place. Being partial about work hours between wfh and working from office employees, the accountability of hours varies and much more strict for those who are travelling to work.
