First thing No Job security No skill development No proper communication with vendor Only one project in hand which is Wilcosource, nothing other than that No notice period policy Very small infra, very small company Please do not join if you are going to deploy to any vendor through IbaseIT, you will be relieved at any time

Nothing....Nothing special about the company....Micro management " Venkat pindi" one of the worst guy in the company ...Doing Moonlighting for both the companies virtusa and with IBASEIT....And very close friend of Ram Yerneni ..Who is the founder of Ibase it (Qatts)

Worst company ever ...And politics not employee friendly company....All gossips not work culture....Venkat pindi ...He is the one who spoil the office culture in ibase it ...As he is the friend of the Company founder
