New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Deduction of Salary, expenses, no bonus. No incentives. No earn leave, no work culture, no knowledge will gain, overall worst company ever I seen in my life. By hook-n-crook I have finished my 16 months but now I will leave this hell.

AVP's of every department are very polite and helpful in nature. Don't have any restrictions if you have completed your work.. HR team is very friendly and always ready to help.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Political behaviour by manager and AM. Forming groups and don't like who say something about them, and they make them not to work in organization. Higher management behavior is rude. If you are sour of their eyes, you will be no more available in organization whatever your best performance was and how many years you worked for them. Appraisal are good but only for those who are part of the group.

Apana luck pahen ke chalo yaha pe. No job security, bulk firing is happening here in every quarter.
