...udi family) they treat employees like prisoners with lot rules and restrictions. They promise a salary by word not by paper. If you revolt against them and ask for your money they will settle with far less than what they promised wasting your precious time. There is lot more politics going in this company. The investors need to unite and question the management inorder to return their money.

Opportunity to work in multiple works being a startup. Good for freshers to learn and start your career. But don't expect great hikes or benefits. Not good enough to work more than 18months.

Makes you work like a slave with no benefits or promotion or hikes. Higher management Makes you feel ashamed to ask for hikes while comparing you with imaginary industry standards. Higher management Tells us you are family so that you work more in that delusion. No timings while closing work. but if you are late for even a minute in the morning you will be shamed in front of whole team. Too much partiality towards yes men. Only those can work here who wiggle tail as per management's orders. Read all the 5 star reviews with a pinch of salt either here or on their website or LinkedIn. The management made them put those reviews.
