...u are rich or you have lot of money in your home , you can work in this company. because they pay salary in every three months. they will not pay travel allowance and daily allowance if travel to site. we need to bring money from our own home for that purpose. i am not working there. still they need to give me 150000/- as travel allowance. there is not a even single guy in the management apart from the director have technical knowledge. all guys in the management are director's sister son or his wife's cousin who doesnot even have a basic school education.Overall, this is not an automation company. this is a manpower supply company to emerson process management, India.

Dislikes

Salary structure is same for fresher and an experienced candidates. Delay of 2 months for releasing salary. Management doesn't address our issues in event's of client side complaints.

There is self improvement has been possible if you desire and also you can learn everything in that organization.

Very bad experience with IB Automation, there is management big issue, you did not get salary on time, if you left the company you did not get salary of previous month.

It is very rabish company. They told you we are taking you as a programmer but they are not giving you to do program they are puting you as a site supervisor in BMS systems, also they have rabish projects. It's not a good company for Engineer, they alway telling you lie, also not giving payment on time

Learned a lot from the site experience, good exposure to various fields to acquire knowledge. Nice company for fresher to get a chance in the industry

You have to work hard.. To be consistent is a need.
