...this company, horrible work culture. I would suggest not to join such companies. They don't pay the salary on time.
Salary was not paid on time, they hold the salary for one month, Very unprofessional, Don't have any core ambition or motive, Very money minded frauds. Will not recommended anyone to join such unprofessional employers and organisations.
1. The salary is never on time, they don't provide your full salary there are always some unnecessary deductions, even incase of urgency, medical situation they deduct your salary.
2. Horrible work culture, they make you work like machines, even after working as per requirements they never appreciate your hardwork and efforts.
3. No leaves, HR policies, no appointment/permanent letter is being provided.
4. There is a lot of discrimination and separate rules & regulations for students from non UPSC background.
5. There is no growth in the company due to unprofessionalism.
