This company is sick. Calling it a company is in itself a joke. It's more like kirana shop or poultry farm.

Dislikes

...o idea of how companies work as they mostly deal with drivers and delivery boys. Salary deductions are unexpected and unreasonable. They execute work timings for other employees but the upper management fails to follow it themselves. Zero work life balance. No support to employees. Infact they treat employees as animals. Very indecent .....as soon as you enter the hr room, you will feel like entering a fish market. They hire and fire dozens of people on a daily basis. Employee retention is zero.

... Samsung and its great to start the career by working for such big companies. 2. Salary is good at IA as compared to other distributors in Kashmir. 3. IA has good management and it is truly appreciable and that grooms and teaches a lot.

Dislikes

1. No professionalism at IA. 2. Worst work culture even abusive. 3. No job security due to continuous termination threats. 4. No growth. 5. No effective appraisal.

The company is filled with toxic people. Two I'll mannered ladies being the HR of the company. The tables do turn around and when they do,they will surely have the taste of their own medicine.

Dislikes

The HR's who think the rule the entire world. Unhealthy environment that they have created. Someone please teach them that being an HR is not being the owner, you people are also the bloody workers there.

The hr team is full of liars I have been through interview and have been selected for sales team leader and after joining I was provided with the profile of sales executive and that 2 the hr team was dictating the terms on the very first day .. no training was being provided ...in short please I suggest u people not to go there as there is very poor work culture ... Personally I felt that submitting my CV was like castling pearls bunch of brainless people and lists
