My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? This company is sick. Calling it a company is in itself a joke. It's more like kirana shop or poultry farm.

Dislikes

This company is very toxic, with illiterate management and inexperienced hr department. hr has no idea of how companies work as they mostly deal with drivers and delivery boys. Salary deductions are unexpected and unreasonable. They execute work timings for other employees but the upper management fails to follow it themselves. Zerowork life balance. No support to employees. Infact they treat employees as animals. Very indecent .....as soon as you enter the hr room, you will feel like entering a fish market.
