Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I do not like anything in I2sbs. Never join to this company and work environment is terrible and it is such an illegal company that it will ruin your future. I made a mistake but you still have a chance

Dislikes

As soon as I joined they put me under some non-technical process but they have promised for java developer. The biggest problem in this company is culture related most of them are south Indian so if you are not you are just going to die I am pretty sure you can not survive. The CEO of this company is a fraud
