Good work environment and culture, Teammates and leaders are supportive and management is very transparent, Office internal policies are good.

Dislikes

Management is very good, Salary and career growth is decent, there is a sufficient amount of knowledge will be transferred to new joiners based on theirs job rolls.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
