Iprocess is a third party which provide labour to icici bank in sales & back end. What i truly loved about iprocess is the job security of employee. I have no fear of being fired as long as i maintain good behavior with colleagues and bosses. Work is something which will come automatically someday more someday less, no worries.

Dislikes

Putting it straight forward, they dont give bonuses at all. Like when u work in bank your fellow colleagues will be getting annual bonuses, bonus on diwali and much more extra benefits than you. You will only get monthly incentive based on ur work.

None even salary date gets fluctuated.

Iprocess works with India's second largest bank but does not provides incentives according to that status. On completion of 7 auto loan files from dealer sourcing with bank's highest interest rate on auto loan I got incentive of 200 on 50 lakh volume

One like one thing that is salary gave on always right time.

I didn't like the way my manager spoke at all. Sometime she spoke a very rude and rough. some time she also spoke rude with customers. She used to miss behavior very much and such language is not used in sales at all.Once or twice she scolded me personally.

Salary package of annual minimum with other competitors bank in market any bank third party. Any queries of employees calling I process help line number don't pickup of any I process team in Janakpuri office I process.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
