salary increment not staisfication,my career start in 8 years in I process but still now my basic salary 13k & not to promote next level....I am very disappointed pls do change experience candidate rating & growth.

Iprocess works with India's second largest bank but does not provides incentives according to that status. On completion of 7 auto loan files from dealer sourcing with bank's highest interest rate on auto loan I got incentive of 200 on 50 lakh volume

From 3years I'm working here with Iprocess their is any increment in the salary and we don't have any promotion. Same basic salary I'm getting. We don't have hr connection and we don't know who is HR

Only one benefit you get Is that You all get same holiday as per Banking calendar Good environment work. People are supportive Incentives good sourcing make you happy

We are giving best in our work to the company but company is failed to provide benifit to its employees, salary growth is big problem for all employees. Employees are loyal to there company that's why they are still doing job. if they want loyal employees in company then they should think about salary of experience employees in the company.
