ICICI Bank Hire some Advocate in 2008 for stable to collections recovery process on off role employee and oral committed after three years taken on on role but after Long Time waiting for incrichment to salary, so finally decided quit the job.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is very weak, I am working from 2008 but nothing any cooperation from Reporting manager.

Overall was good, they don't give high salary or zero promotion. Enjoy in less salary

Actually traveling allowance is not there, career growth is not there, overall I dislike I give continually 3 years but I didn't get any promotion.

Terrible work experience! No HR will respond properly. There will no job satisfaction, salary and other benefits. Experience is also not useful. No career growth. Everything is very bad 😮‍💨

That is very useful for gaining our knowledge and skills and that management also very good and obey the rules and regulations as a fresher that is very for the career growth and Iam very happy to work with that company
