Terrible work experience! No HR will respond properly. There will no job satisfaction, salary and other benefits. Experience is also not useful. No career growth. Everything is very bad 😮‍💨

Please try to Increase the Employee Salary in future which was very low to maintain a healthy carrier for long time in this Company.Otherwise it was a good platform for all side. Thanks & Regards Nipon Bhattacharyya.

salary increment not staisfication,my career start in 8 years in I process but still now my basic salary 13k & not to promote next level....I am very disappointed pls do change experience candidate rating & growth.

There's no promotion and appraisal. Bonus system is not transperant. Yearly increment is very very low. HR department is not active for their employees. They behave very casual with their employees in serious matter. There's no job security at all. They can forcefully relocate you wherever they want without any prior notice.
