Small team. Demanding work. Good AC.

Dislikes

No relieving letter or only after 4/5 months of resignation, no pf, delayed salary without any message. No increments. Fixed login time, but not fixed logout time. 10+ working hours everyday. Work on weekends/holidays w/o compensation. No leaves on even on diwali. Legacy tech. Bad product design.

IPeritus gives flexibility of working and provides the right opportunities to every candidate that is here. Some are technically good and thrive in this organization. There is a huge opportunity for learning and the company has it's own products. It builds products and solutions for clients as well. There is a mix of web technologies that are used here and there is job security. No hire and fire at all!
