If you join in RPM process, Manager Jalpa & her TL Saurabh will exploit you & make you work for more than 10 hours in night shift. HR cannot do anything against such managers.

No not at all as company is asking me more and more money to pay but not at all giving me my money back into my account till now I’ve paid 14lakhs by taking loans from bank but still company is not giving me my money back instead asking me to pay another 13 lakhs

HR is pathetic. As per the HR, bank takes more than a month to open a salary account. Compensation is extremely terrible. No employee is happy and satisfied. Office politics are top notch.

Upper Management was not good They give less salary to deserving people Much workload and they force you to come on Holidays and work late after shift hours Less growth opportunities

I love the fact that I am a part of team that markers reliable, and has global client base. Also as team, my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but the work pressure sometimes is high if people do not support the situations and decisions.
