Employees are nice and polite most of the time here. The work environment is nice. There's not much work politics or mind games going on. No one will bother you if you simply keep doing your work. Personally, I got exposure to my work. Work pressure is there at times but not always. You won't be asked to come on a Sunday or stay extra hour, except in very rare case.

Dislikes

Provide less salary and will only give you a hike after waiting for an entire year. And no, your internship won't count. And that hike will also be not satisfactory. Career growth depends on what position you're working for. Depending on that you can be promoted or stay in the same position for years.

Likes

Initially Nice and transparent policies were there 4-5 years back but now things have changed a lot.

Dislikes

If you are doing your work properly then you would be overloaded with every kind of administrative work too like you may be treated as a telecaller for admissions etc
