Bad company culture, Company singed a Agreement with employee to not join in any comepetitor for 3 years , later harrassed people. but when people left and join competition ( as people gets jobs in similar profiles) Hyva filed a cases against employees in Courts 2. Thought there is alternate Saturday off, Pune plant employees need to take approval from plant head in writing to avail it 3. employees were asked to work in first shift that is 7 to 3 pm , but at that time they have discontinued 3 pm bus so employees were working till 6pm

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
