Great Pay. Well defined job scope. Organization structure well maintained. Facilities and amenities are on par with MNCs including salary revisions.

Dislikes

No authority to individuals. Only execution work to Indian employees. All major decision making, planning, R&D, Procurement strategy, critical company decisions made by Korean expats. Too much unnecessary & repeated paperwork even for minute things. Seniors focusing on responsibility distribution rather than leading the team by example. Promotions are never on time. So much more to dislike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I love the fact that I am A part of a team that market reliable, high quality product and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we can work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, I but growth is slow. The work pressure is very hight. Sometimes, I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value and individuals '
