Good woy environment and culture.teammayes are supportive any management is transparent. Company policies ar good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Team specific: - No work life balance - work in quite promotion - no learning and no time to learn by yourself as always will have overload - forced extended work and weekend work - No ontime revised salary letter, mostly after min 7 months they will give revised letter so you are already trapped and can not resign. - No WFH, only on paper - FA rating will never get based on work and talent, only favourite and boot licker will have good rating - Full politics - For name sake working days are Mon - Fri but most of time overnight extended and weekend working

...e be aware The position is given here not on knowledge or experience you have It’s based on salary though you have good technical knowledge Micro management by managers Especially in durability team ******* No trust on employe even during COVID I was asked to submit discharge summary of hospital for my mother ,wife and myself I was asked to explain it During hospital when we were in icu and getting treatment I was harassed by repetitive message and call to update health reports daily and explain how much it’s curing and if there is deviation from previous day I was asked why and how. ******* I had conveyed in yearly appraisal to them But unfortunately they behaved same when I got tested COVID +ve again during Jan 2022 which I got it in office No WFH I YOU ASK YOU WILL GET 10 to 15 questions and need produce proof Wfh is only given if are in Hyderabad No change So I quit

compensation is decent,but growth is slow . The work pressure Is very high. sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours. And the is not well good what they given to my work. And I would like to go for a better job. what I expected.
